Room options
Hotel rooms in Japan are clean, comfortable, and built for efficiency and space-saving! Generally rooms are standard twins with ensuite bathrooms. Single travelers will often be accommodated in slightly smaller rooms with one double bed. Bathrooms are smaller than we are used to in the West and have Japanese-style toilets with heated seats (remember to try all the buttons!) and smaller bathtubs with showers. Very occasionally we may use Japanese-Western style rooms with tatami mats and futon bedding – we will always let you know in advance if this is the case for your tour. Whilst we will do our very best to fulfil any double room or special room requests that you have, unfortunately they cannot be guaranteed. The following icons show some of the facilities available across the hotels you will be staying in.
