FAQs What’s included in the Deluxe Drinks Package? With the Deluxe Drinks Package, your customers can enjoy individual beverage items up to $12* (retail value) available onboard. They can choose from selected beers, wine by the glass, cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails, premium teas & coffees, freshly squeezed juices, sparking & still bottled water and unlimited fountain soda, with a Coca-Cola® souvenir cup. PLUS the package also offers a 40% discount on bottles of wine under $100 and 20% off bottles of wine over $100 onboard. The Deluxe Drinks Package does not include room service, in stateroom purchases, mini bar items, souvenir glasses or juices sold in bottles or cans, speciality beers as listed on bar menus or super premium category beverages. Yes, both the Deluxe Drinks Package and the Refreshment Drinks Package covers all the bar service charge/gratuities. Are there any age restrictions for the Deluxe Drinks Package? The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Royal Caribbean ships sailing from North America, Canada and Dubai is 21 years at the time of sailing and elsewhere is 18 years to comply with applicable laws. A guest’s age will be determined at the time of boarding. The Deluxe Drinks Package will be applied to the 1st & 2nd guests booked in each eligible stateroom but where guests are under the minimum drinking age, a Refreshment Package will be provided instead. Passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before the relevant drinks package will be applied. Which guests will receive Refreshment Drinks Package? For eligible bookings, the Deluxe Drinks Package will be applied to the 1st & 2nd guests booked in each stateroom except where either of these guests are under the minimum drinking age, then a Refreshment Package will be provided instead. For eligible bookings, third and fourth guests per stateroom only, aged two years or over at the time of boarding, will receive a Refreshments Drinks Package. What’s included within the Refreshment Drinks Package The Refreshment Drinks Package includes a selection of premium coffees & teas, bottled water, freshly squeezed juices, non-alcoholic cocktails, plus fountain soda with a Coca-Cola® souvenir cup. Can my customers upgrade from a Refreshments Drinks Package to the Deluxe Drinks Package? Yes, provided the guests meet the minimum age requirement for a Deluxe Drinks Package. A Refreshments Package can be upgraded on board only by paying the difference between the Refreshment Drinks Package and the Deluxe Drinks Package. If upgrading, it’s best to do this on the day of embarkation, as the package price will be for the full duration of the cruise. Can my customers keep their drinks packages if they change ship and or sailing date? Eligible bookings that are created within the promotion period but that subsequently change ship and or sailing date outside of the promotional period will not retain the benefits of this promotion. Eligible bookings that are created within the promotion period that subsequently change ship and/or sailing date to an eligible sailing & stateroom category within the original promotion period, will retain the All-Inclusive promotion benefits (provided the booking still complies with the original campaign terms and conditions). Ship and sailing date changes are permitted outside of 56 days prior to departure only. Booking transfer fees will apply. Please note that any amendments for hotels, transfers and flights may result in the loss of the amount that was collected at the time of booking for those additional components. My customers booked outside of this promotion but would like to change to the new all-inclusive promotion, can this be done? Yes but your customers will need to cancel their existing booking (cancellation charges will apply) and re-book the cruise under the new price and promotion.
